Product Engineer – Full-Stack (Ruby on Rails & React Native)

About the role

We are looking for a Product Engineer who will own features from concept to production, working on both our Ruby on Rails web platform and React Native mobile app. The role sits at the intersection of technology, product, and clinical operations, helping to deliver in‑home foot‑care services that improve seniors’ health.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship full‑stack features for the web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, clinical operations, and care teams to translate operational problems into software solutions.
• Take end‑to‑end ownership of features, from scoping and implementation to deployment and iteration.
• Leverage AI‑assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) to accelerate development and improve quality.
• Build internal tools, automations, and integrations that increase operational efficiency.
• Analyze product and operational data to verify the impact of shipped features.
• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, testing, and rollouts.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of professional software engineering experience (internships or substantial personal projects count).
• Demonstrated ability to ship real projects independently.
• Early adopter of AI coding tools with thoughtful usage opinions.
• Strong product instincts – you question whether to build and measure outcomes.
• Clear communicator comfortable working across engineering and non‑engineering teams.

Required skills

• React or React Native.
• Ruby on Rails.
• SQL and relational databases.
