Product Designer

About the role

As an early member of Reducto's product design team, you will shape how users interact with our AI‑driven document platform, from core workflows to visual language. You will work directly with the CEO, engineers, and customers, owning design end‑to‑end.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design end‑to‑end, defining brand and shipping beautiful user experiences.
• Develop new products and user workflows from concept to launch.
• Build and maintain the design system, brand guidelines, and visual assets.
• Drive a culture that values meticulous design detail.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience shipping complex products, preferably for engineering, research, or ops‑heavy teams.
• High bar for quality, fast shipping, and strong ownership.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and creating structure.
• Passionate about polish, craft, and user‑centric design.

Required skills

• User research and UX flow creation.
• Wireframing and high‑fidelity mockups.
• Design system development and maintenance.
