Founding Designer

About the role

You will be Sable's first designer, shaping the visual and interaction language of a groundbreaking AI employee platform. This role spans product UI, brand identity, and the overall user experience of AI‑driven customer calls.

Key responsibilities

• Own product frontend design from ambiguous problems to polished visual experiences for both customers deploying Aidan and end‑users interacting with it.
• Define Sable's brand, visual identity, and marketing site, establishing how an “AI employee” is presented to the world.
• Prototype in code, collaborate closely with engineers, catch design drift, and ensure seamless integration without slowing deployment.
• Drive designs through implementation, run tight iteration cycles with engineering, test with real users, and ship successive versions.
• Partner directly with founders, present options, articulate trade‑offs, and incorporate feedback while maintaining design coherence.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of product design experience with shipped work you’re proud of.
• Strong UX thinker who reasons from user problems, not just aesthetics.
• Experience shaping the design of a full system, not just isolated screens.
• Comfortable working close to code, prototyping, and maintaining an ongoing dialogue with engineers.
• Resilient and decisive, able to filter feedback, defend decisions with reasoning, and adapt when facts change.
