Product Designer – Beauty & CPG

About the role

We are seeking a versatile Product Designer to join our creative team in Brooklyn. You will shape the visual identity of our next‑generation beauty and personal‑care products, influencing how they appear on shelves and online. The role blends packaging design, marketing assets, and brand visual development in a fast‑paced, off‑price retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Concept, design, and deliver packaging artwork from initial sketches to press‑ready files, including dielines, labels, cartons, and component specifications.
• Produce marketing collateral such as line sheets, trade‑show materials, and promotional graphics.
• Create digital assets for e‑commerce platforms, including Amazon A+ content, product imagery, and banner ads.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Sales, and Marketing teams to launch new SKUs on schedule.
• Maintain organized design asset libraries and ensure files meet print and production standards across various substrates.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional design experience in beauty, personal care, CPG, or packaging.
• Strong eye for trends, color, typography, and shelf‑impacting design.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and adapt quickly.
• Detail‑oriented with a willingness to take direction while contributing original ideas.

Required skills

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and the broader Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or AI‑assisted design platforms (a plus).
• Solid understanding of print production, pre‑press requirements, and file preparation.
