Product Designer

About the role

Rilla is building AI‑driven sales coaching tools that capture and index real‑world conversations. As a Product Designer you will shape both our core product and new verticals across desktop and mobile, working directly with customers from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end design projects without product managers, from discovery through implementation.
• Collaborate with engineering peers to ship features rapidly and iterate based on user feedback.
• Onboard customers to early prototypes, gather insights, and refine solutions.
• Help define Rilla’s design culture as one of three designers on the team.

Required profile

• Deep passion for design craft and a customer‑obsessive mindset.
• Comfort with fast‑paced, high‑velocity environments and willingness to take risks.
• Eagerness to engage directly with users in the field and iterate quickly.

• Salary range $181,000 – $234,000 per year.
