Product Design Lead

About the role

Resolve AI is building an autonomous AI Production Engineer to automate complex system issue resolution. As the Product Design Lead you will shape major product surfaces from problem framing to shipped pixels, defining new interaction patterns for AI in production.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end design for major product surfaces, from early problem framing through shipped pixels.
• Define new interaction patterns for AI in production, creating solutions where no playbook exists.
• Prototype quickly to turn fuzzy problems into tangible solutions and test them with the team and users.
• Raise the bar on design craft across the team and contribute to evolving the design system.
• Leverage AI as a partner throughout the design workflow.

Required profile

• 5+ years designing complex software products.
• Thrives in the 0‑to‑1 stage, shaping patterns and defining categories.
• Strong command of interaction design, information architecture, complex flows, hierarchy, typography, and color.
• Deeply curious about users, biased toward action, and prototypes to learn.
• Adaptable: can move fast on rough ideas one day and dive deep on a single flow the next.
