Product Coordinator

About the role

The Product Coordinator joins a small, agile product team at milk + honey and will own key operational functions that move ideas to execution. You will work closely with the Senior Product Manager, handling wholesale accounts, ecommerce platforms, and third‑party logistics while enjoying high autonomy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Faire and Indie wholesale accounts, process orders, and maintain the Faire portal.
• Coordinate with the 3PL partner (LMS) on fulfillment projects and issue resolution.
• Own end‑to‑end product creation and keep product data current in Zenoti, CIN7, and Shopify.
• Handle component ordering, PO creation, and inventory receipt processing with contract manufacturers.
• Support Amazon channel by aligning assortment strategy, maintaining inventory levels, and driving process improvements.
• Assist ecommerce team with product detail pages, imagery, subscriptions, and customer service across multiple sales channels.
• Create and maintain training materials for third‑party brands and internal concierge teams.

Required profile

• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of outcomes.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional coordination.
