Product Administrator, Signpost Washington Programs

About the role

The International Rescue Committee is seeking a Product Administrator to support the Signpost Washington Programs. This remote position ensures the stability and accessibility of digital platforms that deliver multilingual information and services to immigrant, refugee, and asylum‑seeker communities across Washington State.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical support contact for Zendesk Support and Guide environments used by WA MASS and WA‑immigrant.info.
• Triage incoming requests, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Maintain and update content, configurations, and platform settings.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure platform reliability.
• Occasionally contribute to technical enhancements using JavaScript and modern web technologies.

• Experience in technical support or platform operations for web‑based products.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
