Processing Agent – Harvest Materials

About the role

The Processing Agent is essential for handling harvested cannabis flower material, ensuring all operations meet strict health, safety, and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Process harvested flower material.
• Grate and sort processed material.
• Weigh and log material accurately.
• Collect samples and perform quality tests.
• Maintain a sanitary work environment.
• Safely transport products from the workspace to storage.
• Follow PPE expectations and uphold quality and compliance standards.

Required profile

• At least 1 year experience in food production or a similar manufacturing environment (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict policies and procedures.
• Ability to measure, package, and label precisely.
• Effective time‑management and multitasking skills.
• Capability to work in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
• Willingness to work around plant material, including exposure to pollen or dust.
• Physical ability to sit, stand, kneel, perform repetitive hand actions, and lift up to 50 lb to torso level.
