Packaging Agent – 1st Shift

About the role

Packaging Agent on the 1st shift, working Monday‑Friday 7:15 am‑3:45 pm, responsible for measuring, packaging and labeling cannabis products while maintaining quality and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Execute tasks assigned by department leadership.
• Measure, package, and label products.
• Compare product with standards to ensure quality.
• Maintain a sanitary work environment.
• Safely transport products from workspace to storage area.
• Ensure all functions are performed to the highest standard of quality and compliance.

Required profile

• 1 year (2‑3 years preferable) of hands‑on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedures.
• Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner.
• Effective time‑management skills and ability to multi‑task.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, changing and challenging environment.
• Work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.
• Must be able to sit, stand, kneel, and perform repetitive hand actions for long periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lb to torso level.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
