Manufacturing Lab Technician – 2nd Shift

About the role

The Lab Technician supports product processing and formulation on the second shift, ensuring clean and efficient production areas while maintaining quality control. Responsibilities include prepping, packaging, and assisting across multiple facility departments.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare Cresco Labs extractions and process products according to Commonwealth regulations and company standards.
• Perform quality‑control testing and follow procedures to ensure product consistency and efficacy.
• Conduct lab bench work, product filtrations, and data entry in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Lift and move objects up to 50 lb and work in varied environmental conditions, including colder temperatures.
• Maintain a clean and safe production environment, including sanitation of equipment, personal hygiene compliance, and facility cleaning duties.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of laboratory experience in a regulated environment (pharmaceutical or nutraceutical preferred).
• Ability to manage time, multitask, and adapt to fast‑paced, changing conditions.
• Flexibility to adjust schedule, including occasional weekend shifts.
• Must be 21 years or older, legally authorized to work in the United States, and able to handle plant material, pollen, or dust.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows‑based software.
• Experience using point‑of‑sale applications.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) documentation.
