Process Engineer – Industrial / Automotive (Martorell)

About the role
Sesé is looking for a Process Engineer to join its Engineering team at the Martorell logistics plant, the main supplier for the automotive factory. Reporting to the Plant Process Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing operational logistics processes and delivering value to internal and external customers.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in estimating resources and defining milestones to optimise plant processes.
- Ensure operational processes meet time, quality and efficiency targets.
- Facilitate effective communication between the client and plant operations.
- Implement continuous‑improvement actions to maximise resource efficiency and profitability.
- Apply VDA (Volkswagen) standards for continuous‑improvement projects.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design new processes and analyse quality indicators.
- Analyse KPI data to identify and implement process enhancements.
Required profile
- Engineering degree (industrial, mechanical or related).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in automotive logistics.
- Proven ability to work in a multi‑shift, high‑volume environment.
- Strong analytical mindset and focus on quality and service levels.
Required skills
- VDA (Volkswagen) standards
