PRN RN Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) – OR Circulator

About the role

The Cleveland Clinic Health System is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse to work as an OR Circulator in the Beachwood Family Health and Surgery Center Ambulatory Surgery Center. This part‑time position supports outpatient surgical procedures, ensuring patients receive safe, compassionate care from admission through discharge.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical nursing care in the ASC, assess patient needs, and coordinate care flow.
• Direct other caregivers, assume charge responsibilities, resolve issues, and report variances.
• Develop and deliver health education materials to patients and families.
• Maintain nursing competencies, participate in staff development, and uphold confidentiality and cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current RN licensure.
• At least one year of peri‑operative or critical‑care RN experience, or three years as a Surgical Technician.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within six months of hire.
• Demonstrated clinical proficiency and ability to work at least one Saturday per month (7:00 AM‑5:30 PM).
