Private Wealth Associate

About the role

Bernstein Private Wealth Management advises high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients. Private Wealth Associates are client service professionals who, together with Financial Advisors, support the Private Wealth Management Platform by providing asset allocation recommendations, capital markets positioning, portfolio analytics and wealth and legacy planning. The role is based in Philadelphia.

Key responsibilities

• Network with senior professionals throughout the firm to support career growth.
• Partner with Financial Advisors to build their business, covering portfolio analysis, account creation and maintenance, and preparation of client and prospect meetings.
• Build relationships with current and prospective clients to understand and support their servicing needs.
• Deliver a world-class level of customer service and support.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree with strong academic performance and leadership experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to build relationships.
• Client-focused, detail-oriented, able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player who thrives in a rigorous and challenging setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Desired: 1-2 years of client service experience; financial services experience is a plus.
• Desired: existing licenses; the firm sponsors the required Series exams (SIE, Series 7, Series 63).
