Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) – Flexible Schedule

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) passionate about adult and/or pediatric care to provide one‑on‑one private duty nursing in Hudson County. You will travel to a client’s home, deliver hands‑on care, and build lasting relationships while enjoying flexible scheduling.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to a client’s residence near you on a schedule you choose.
• Execute and document physicians’ orders, perform assessments, and monitor client conditions.
• Maintain accurate electronic charting using Statewise and report observations, interventions, and evaluations.

Required profile

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program with a current RN license in good standing in New Jersey.
• Minimum of 1 year RN experience in adult or pediatric care.

Required skills

• Electronic charting using Statewise.
• Ability to follow doctors’ orders, perform assessments, and document care accurately.

What we offer

• Weekly pay every Thursday with rates $35–$45 per hour (training rate $30 per hour).
• Flexible scheduling – full‑time, part‑time, or per‑diem with no minimum hours.
