About the role
BAYADA is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to provide 1:1 private duty care in Crown Point and surrounding communities. This role offers flexibility, strong clinical support, and the chance to focus on a single client in the comfort of their home.
Key responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care to a single client in their home.
- Build a meaningful relationship with the client and family, delivering personalized care tailored to their needs.
Required profile
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Indiana.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Willingness to work flexible full‑time, part‑time or PRN schedules.
