Private Banker – Vice President or Executive Director

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Private Banker to join J.P. Morgan’s U.S. Private Bank at the Vice President or Executive Director level. The role involves advising high‑net‑worth families on wealth building, preservation and management while collaborating with a broad range of internal specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Generate new assets through client acquisition and cross‑selling of banking, credit and investment solutions.
• Provide holistic advice on clients’ balance sheets, including asset allocation, wealth planning, credit and banking needs.
• Partner with internal product specialists to deliver interdisciplinary solutions.
• Connect clients across all lines of business within J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.
• Ensure all recommendations comply with risk, regulatory and security policies.

Required profile

• Minimum six years of experience in private banking or financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Series 7, Series 66 and insurance licenses (or ability to obtain within 90 days of start).
• Demonstrated sales success and strong business acumen.
• Established network and community presence.
• Solid understanding of investments, wealth planning, credit and banking concepts.
