About the role

As a Principal Consultant in Strategic Advisory, you will lead high‑impact consulting engagements that help clients solve complex business challenges and achieve measurable outcomes. You will work directly with C‑level executives and cross‑functional teams to translate strategic insights into actionable plans.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic consulting engagements from discovery through execution, focusing on fragmented data, broken customer experiences, and under‑utilized MarTech investments.
• Partner with clients to understand business objectives, uncover opportunities, and develop actionable strategies that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executive leadership.
• Own and manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring exceptional client experiences and long‑term partnerships.
• Develop and execute account strategies to grow consulting revenue and deliver client value.
• Assess business opportunities, create recommendations, evaluate ROI, and prioritize initiatives that improve customer engagement and profitability.
• Apply deep expertise in digital transformation, customer experience, data, and technology ecosystems to guide client decision‑making.
• Collaborate with consulting leaders, delivery teams, partners, and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure practical and impactful solutions.
