Principal Consultant – Automotive Business Development (Remote, Part‑time)

About the role

We are seeking a part‑time remote Principal Consultant to advise automotive technology companies on market opportunities, strategy development and partnership creation. You will work directly with clients to drive business development and revenue growth in the connected mobility space.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth market research and analyse industry trends.
• Develop tailored business strategies and actionable road‑maps for clients.
• Identify and forge strategic partnerships and new customer acquisition initiatives.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to implement plans and achieve targets.
• Provide insights on automotive digital transformation, mobility innovation and connected services.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of experience in automotive, technology consulting or related business development roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven track record of delivering results for automotive start‑ups, scale‑ups or large corporates.
• Experience working with startups or investors in the automotive sector is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation and project‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, flexible environment and meet deadlines.
