Primary Care Physician – Per Diem (Senior Patients)

About the role

One Medical Seniors is seeking board‑certified Primary Care Physicians to work on a per‑diem basis in Tucson, AZ. You will provide comprehensive care to senior patients, balancing in‑office visits with occasional tele‑health appointments, while enjoying a flexible schedule of 16‑24 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct acute, chronic, and well‑visit appointments for senior patients (no panel‑building requirement).
• Provide in‑office care and occasional tele‑health consultations.
• Collaborate daily with on‑site teammates and virtual clinical teams through huddles.
• Utilize clinical training to perform in‑office procedures as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of primary‑care experience.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Current Arizona medical license or ability to obtain one.
• Strong interpersonal skills for teamwork and patient communication.
• Comfort with a fast‑growing, data‑driven, mission‑focused organization.
