Primary Care Physician

About the role

We are looking for a board‑certified Primary Care Physician (MD or DO) to deliver high‑quality, value‑based care to Medicare patients in an outpatient setting. The role offers the opportunity to work with dedicated care teams, focus on preventive medicine, and improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients in an outpatient primary‑care environment.
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans, prescribe medications, and document care in electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet quality metrics and patient‑care goals.
• Support daily clinical operations and provide leadership to the care team.
• Potentially assume a Medical Director role for highly qualified candidates.

Required profile

• MD or DO degree with Board Certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active, unrestricted state medical license and DEA registration.
• U.S. work authorization.
• Preferred experience in geriatrics, value‑based care, outpatient primary care, or bilingual proficiency.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
