Key responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, comprehensive primary care to a senior population.
• Partner with a team of medical assistants, care coordinators and clinical pharmacy support to close care gaps and improve outcomes.

Required profile

• MD or DO from an accredited school.
• Completed residency in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatrics.
• Board certified or board eligible.
• Meets ASAS credentialing standards.

What we offer

• Compensation of $327,000 - $405,000 per year, based on a full-time commitment (35 patient-facing hours and 5 clinical admin hours per week).
