Pricing Analyst

About the role

As a Pricing Analyst you will shape pricing strategies that drive growth and profitability for Coloplast’s US business. You will analyze customer‑specific pricing, evaluate contract performance and provide actionable insights to sales leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with sales and leadership to recommend pricing and incentive strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze and model pricing scenarios for health systems, dealers and distributors.
• Build and maintain financial models to assess customer performance and profitability.
• Interpret market trends and competitor pricing to inform pricing strategies.
• Calculate payments for US customers, including Key Accounts, GPOs and health systems based on contractual commitments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field.
• 2+ years of business analysis or pricing experience with proven ability to execute complex analyses.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills and collaborative team mindset.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Familiarity with AI tools (plus).
