Finance Consultant

About the role

Join the CESO team as a Finance Consultant, helping clients strengthen their financial foundations through analysis, planning, and advisory work. You will work closely with client leadership to translate financial data into clear, actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand financial goals, analyze statements, budgets and forecasts, and identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling and scenario analysis, and recommend process improvements for accuracy and scalability.
• Prepare client‑ready reports and materials, communicate findings to stakeholders, and contribute to shared tools and best practices.

Required profile

• Analytical, curious and solutions‑oriented with strong communication skills.
• Organized, dependable and proactive, able to manage multiple client engagements.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and financial modeling.
• Familiarity with financial reporting and accounting concepts.

• Salary range $90,000‑$110,000 depending on experience.
