About the role

We are seeking an experienced Press Lead who values quality, leadership, and continuous improvement. The role involves operating a flexographic press on a Wednesday‑Friday night shift, with a focus on delivering consistent, high‑quality output.

Key responsibilities

• Lead press operations to achieve quality, safety, and production targets.
• Troubleshoot and support press performance both mechanically and operationally.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure top‑quality products.
• Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives, continuous improvement, and ISO quality standards.
• Foster a positive, team‑oriented culture.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of flexographic printing experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Proven leadership, communication, and teamwork skills in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
