President / General Manager

About the role

Our client, a private equity‑backed organization, is seeking an experienced President / General Manager to lead a business unit. This senior executive will shape strategy, drive operational excellence, and deliver financial performance while collaborating closely with the broader leadership team.

Key responsibilities

• Own full P&L responsibility, including revenue, profitability, and overall business performance.
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives that enable sustainable growth.
• Lead cross‑functional teams across Operations, Sales, Finance, Product, and other key functions.
• Drive market expansion, operational improvements, and integration projects.
• Build and develop high‑performing leadership teams.
• Report business performance and strategic initiatives to executive leadership and key stakeholders.

Required profile

• 20+ years of executive leadership or general management experience.
• Prior experience as a President, General Manager, or senior executive with full P&L ownership.
• Proven track record of driving growth in high‑growth or private‑equity‑backed companies.
• Strong leadership experience across operations, commercial, and finance functions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Based in the United States and willing to travel as required.

• Base salary ranging from $325,000 to $575,000 USD.
