About the role

Amazing Athletes of Wilmington, a four-time consecutive award-winning provider of enrichment programs and camps, is looking for coaches for its Multi-Sport preschool programs. Ready-made curriculums are provided, and paid training brings new coaches up to speed quickly.

Key responsibilities

Coach multi-sport programs for preschool children, working 10 to 25 classes per week.
Travel to coach within the Greater Wilmington area; coaches ideally live within 30 minutes of the centre of the territory.
Be available to start and train for a few hours each week within two weeks of hire.

Required profile

Valid driver's licence and your own reliable transportation.
At least 21 years old.
Willingness to pass a North Carolina comprehensive background check with fingerprinting.
Desire to commit long term to developing within the growing company.
No prior sports experience required.

What we offer

Paid training for new coaches.
Pay starting at $15 per hour and earning up to $25 per hour depending on performance.
