About the role

The Iberian Pig is a modern Spanish tapas restaurant delivering creative, shareable dishes in a high‑energy, fast‑paced environment. As a Prep Cook you will support timely food service, maintain clean workstations, and uphold our standards of professionalism and hospitality. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative kitchen team.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
  • Maintain clean and organized workstations throughout service.
  • Execute kitchen systems and prep procedures efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with the team to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

  • Ability to bend, stretch, twist, climb and work in small spaces with high mobility.
  • Stand and walk for extended periods during busy times without breaks.
  • Lift or move up to 50 pounds unassisted.
