Practice Manager

About the role

ChesPenn Health Services is looking for a dynamic, customer‑service‑driven professional to manage the Center for Family Health at Eastside. The role combines patient registration, staff supervision, and operational oversight to ensure high‑quality, culturally sensitive care.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure accurate completion of patient registration forms, maintain up‑to‑date demographics and insurance information, and process sliding‑fee applications.
• Train, supervise, and schedule front‑desk staff, arrange clinical coverage, and monitor patient flow to optimize service delivery.
• Maintain daily and monthly statistical logs, collect co‑payments, prepare Daily Operating Reports, and manage provider schedules.
• Oversee facility management, equipment maintenance, supply ordering, and conduct monthly site meetings to communicate policies.
• Train new employees on the practice management information system and assist IT with software and internet troubleshooting.

Required profile

• Associate degree (Bachelor’s preferred) and at least two years of leadership experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, outstanding customer service, and ability to work independently in a high‑pressure environment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable automobile preferred.

• Data entry and basic practice management software usage.
