PR Manager, Commercial Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking a PR Manager to lead strategic media initiatives for a portfolio of commercial real‑estate clients. The role will serve as the primary storyteller, shaping narratives that connect developers, architects and designers with local, regional and national audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute earned‑media strategies for mixed‑use, retail and design‑focused projects.
• Pitch stories and secure coverage across real‑estate, design, food, retail and business outlets.
• Write press releases, messaging documents, media briefings and comprehensive communication plans.
• Prepare and media‑train client spokespeople for interviews and events.
• Act as day‑to‑day strategic partner for multiple accounts, collaborating with creative, events and marketing teams.
• Conceptualise and manage press‑worthy activations such as ribbon‑cuttings and neighborhood block parties.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members and interns, providing feedback and development opportunities.
• Contribute to new‑business proposals and internal strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of public‑relations experience, preferably in an agency environment.
• Demonstrated success leading client accounts and managing direct reports.
• Strong network of media contacts within real‑estate and lifestyle press.
• Excellent writing, editing and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities.
