PR and Marketing Intern

About the role

Acne Studios is seeking a motivated PR and Marketing Intern to support its press, VIP, and brand communications initiatives. You will work closely with international and local teams, gaining hands‑on experience in fashion‑industry logistics, event coordination, and media monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Manage international and local sample shipments for press and VIP, using Fashion GPS/Launchmetrics.
• Coordinate runway look bookings with global teams and provide regional editorial and VIP support.
• Assist with gifting initiatives, fittings, events, and global press days.
• Maintain showroom organization and support fittings and appointments.
• Help prepare and execute Fashion Week activities.
• Communicate daily with stylists, editors, publicists, and KOLs to process requests and distribute lookbooks.
• Monitor press, social media, and photo sites for brand credits and VIP placements.
• Conduct market research for brand analysis, talent scouting, and cultural projects.
• Perform daily administrative and operational tasks, including errands.

Required profile

• Strong interest in fashion, culture, arts, luxury, and storytelling.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Independent, proactive, and able to exercise sound judgment.
• Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Familiarity with Fashion GPS or Launchmetrics (a plus).
• Fluent English.
