Porter / Groundskeeper – Cedar Park Apartment Community

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Porter/Groundskeeper to keep our Cedar Park apartment community clean, attractive, and welcoming. This full‑time, onsite position works closely with maintenance and leasing teams to ensure the property looks its best every day.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and dispose of trash, litter, and pet waste throughout the community.
• Clean common areas, including hallways, entryways, and outdoor spaces.
• Assist with light painting, basic housekeeping tasks, and occasional maintenance support.
• Maintain the appearance of the property by addressing issues promptly and proactively.
• Collaborate with maintenance and leasing staff to respond to resident requests.

Required profile

• Reliability and punctuality – consistently shows up on time.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently while taking initiative.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean environment.
• Positive attitude, team‑player mindset, and willingness to tackle repetitive or dirty tasks.
• Adaptable and open to learning new skills with potential for growth.

Required skills

• Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lb.
• Proficiency with hand tools and basic painting equipment.
• Physical stamina for prolonged standing, walking, and outdoor work.
