Pool Attendant – Summit Pointe Community

About the role

Greystar is seeking a reliable Pool Attendant to maintain the Summit Pointe community pool and hot tub areas. You will ensure safety, cleanliness, and a welcoming environment for residents and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Clean pools and hot tubs, removing debris and vacuuming dirt and grime as needed.
• Maintain the overall appearance of the pool area, including grounds, furniture, and building exteriors.
• Enforce posted pool rules to ensure the safety and well‑being of all users.
• Maintain pool tools and equipment, request replacements, and assist with inventory stocking.
• Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers.
• Assist Service Technicians with duties as requested.

Required profile

• Ability to follow safety and operational standards for pool facilities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean environment.
• Good communication skills for enforcing rules and assisting residents.
• Willingness to work onsite and handle physical tasks associated with pool maintenance.
