About the role
Micro1 is seeking a Policy Consultant to support its AI‑focused initiatives. You will apply your expertise in regulatory, legal, healthcare, academic, and finance domains to help shape and refine policy frameworks that guide AI model development and deployment.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, review, and update high‑impact policy documents across multiple sectors.
- Ensure policies comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Provide actionable guidance to internal teams and external partners.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional groups to align policy objectives with technical roadmaps.
- Monitor emerging regulatory trends and recommend proactive adjustments.
Required profile
- Hands‑on experience in regulatory, legal, healthcare, or finance environments.
- Strong background in policy analysis and document drafting.
- Detail‑oriented with the ability to work in a fast‑paced setting.
- Excellent written communication skills.
