PM Technician (Night Shift)

About the role

We are seeking a night‑shift PM Technician to join our global climate‑technology team. You will work alongside maintenance technicians to keep our manufacturing equipment running efficiently and safely.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in routine maintenance and repair of machinery and mechanical equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance according to established PM schedules.
• Support equipment moves, installation projects, and the creation or improvement of PM schedules.
• Train operators on preventive maintenance tasks.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of safety practices and welding processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, tools, and equipment.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience in an industrial or multi‑craft maintenance environment, with at least 3 years in manufacturing.
• Ability to work well in a team, strong communication, and hands‑on mechanical aptitude.
• Willingness to work overtime, perform heavy lifting, stand for long periods, and climb ladders or steps.
• Regular attendance and eligibility to be a full‑time employee without disciplinary actions.
