About the role
This hands‑on leadership position oversees weekend residential plumbing operations, coaching technicians in the field and ensuring a 5‑star customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop residential plumbing technicians through ride‑alongs and site visits.
- Track technician KPIs, revenue, performance, and customer experience, holding the team accountable to company goals.
- Partner with Dispatch to assign the right plumber to each job and support technical troubleshooting and escalations.
- Reinforce ServiceTitan processes, maintain workmanship, safety, truck inventory, and conduct regular 1:1s and team meetings.
Required profile
- Strong background in residential service plumbing with a journeyman (or higher) license preferred.
- Previous experience supervising or coaching plumbing technicians.
- Ability to drive performance through KPI analysis and customer‑facing coaching.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record and availability to work Friday‑Tuesday.
