Plumbing Service Manager

About the role

Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced Plumbing Service Manager to lead a high‑performing residential plumbing team and ensure strong weekend operations. This hands‑on, people‑focused role involves coaching technicians, maintaining service quality, and delivering consistent 5‑star customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and hold plumbing technicians accountable through 1:1s, team meetings, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Partner with Dispatch to assign the right plumber to each job and review schedules weekly.
• Provide ongoing service and sales performance support via ride‑alongs, site visits, and coaching.
• Enforce quality workmanship, safety standards, and truck inventory protocols.
• Oversee customer issue resolution, including site visits and coordination with Finance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Journeyman or higher plumbing license preferred.
• Valid, clean driver’s license.

Required skills

• Proficient with mobile devices.
• Strong working knowledge of ServiceTitan or similar service software.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications.
