Plumbing Apprentice

About the role

Join Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning as a Plumbing Apprentice and support residential plumbing services across Austin. You’ll work alongside experienced technicians to diagnose issues and deliver top‑tier customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in diagnosing plumbing problems and presenting repair options to customers.
• Support the installation, maintenance, and repair of water heaters, filtration systems, fixtures, and drain lines.

Required profile

• Valid Plumbing Apprentice Card with at least 1,000 logged hours.
• Minimum 1 year of residential plumbing experience.
• Availability to work a Friday‑Tuesday schedule.
• Valid driver’s license with no major violations in the past three years.
• Comfortable using an iPad and ServiceTitan software.

Required skills

• Leak detection techniques.
• Installation and service of tankless and traditional water heaters.
• Water filtration system knowledge.
• Repair and replacement of plumbing fixtures.
• Drain cleaning and drain line replacement.
• Proficiency with ServiceTitan software.
