Plant Quality Engineer

About the role

CNH Industrial is seeking a Plant Quality Engineer for its Goodfield facility. The role focuses on planning, implementing, and sustaining the company’s Quality Management System to ensure product and process excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement programs to maintain and improve quality standards for products and services.
• Conduct inspections of products, materials, and components at various production stages.
• Analyze statistical process data to confirm compliance or identify deviations.
• Maintain ISO 9001:2000 procedures, perform quality audits, and apply Taguchi and Kaizen methods.
• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and monitor corrective actions.
• Lead warranty and plant‑scrap projects using PDCA/Kaizen approaches.
• Coordinate incoming inspection processes and PPAP activities.
• Manage Material Review Board decisions and scrap cost control.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics.
• At least two years of Quality Assurance experience in a manufacturing environment.
