Plant Maintenance Manager

About the role

Envirogen, a leader in water and wastewater treatment solutions, is seeking an experienced Plant Maintenance Manager. The role oversees all maintenance activities at the facility so that equipment operates efficiently and safely, leading a team of maintenance technicians and engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of maintenance technicians and engineers
• Develop maintenance strategies that improve reliability and reduce downtime
• Manage budgets, procurement of parts and vendor relationships
• Ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely

Required profile

• Ideally a degree in Engineering, Facilities Management or a related field
• Experience in plant maintenance management, preferably in water or wastewater treatment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Project management experience is a plus; certifications in maintenance management or engineering are advantageous

Required skills

• Proficiency in maintenance management software
• Understanding of safety regulations, environmental compliance and best practices
