Plant Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Plant Engineer to improve plant and equipment performance using solid engineering principles and capital investments. The role ensures compliance with safety and regulatory standards such as EPA, GMP, OSHA, and DOT.

Key responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects to enhance plant and equipment performance.
• Supervise technical staff.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Ensure compliance with EPA, GMP, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Collaborate with various departments for process improvement.
• Maintain high‑quality manufacturing standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 2‑5 years of experience in a technical manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in PLCs/HMIs.
• Strong project management skills.
• Solid understanding of EPA, GMP, OSHA, and DOT regulations.
• Experience developing preventive maintenance programs.
• Experience supervising technical staff.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical and communication abilities.
