Physician – $15k Sign‑on Bonus – Senior Care

About the role

Curana Health is seeking a mission‑driven Physician to provide high‑quality, person‑centered care in skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities. You will act as a trusted provider for residents, collaborate with facility staff, and mentor Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to ensure coordinated care.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive histories, physicals, and weekly rounding for new and existing patients.
• Partner with APPs to manage complex and regulatory patient visits, ensuring compliance and clinical excellence.
• Mentor and oversee APP performance to elevate overall care delivery.
• Identify and close quality gaps, driving measurable improvements in patient outcomes.
• Serve as a clinical ambassador, representing Curana Health’s mission and values in the community.

Required profile

• Board‑certified or board‑eligible Physician with a valid medical license.
• Experience delivering primary care in senior or long‑term care settings is preferred.
• Strong commitment to patient‑centered care and collaborative teamwork.
