Healthcare Integration Analyst (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Healthcare Interoperability Support Specialist to provide technical assistance for a large federal government healthcare modernization project. This 100% remote position supports facilities, vendors, and integration partners using EHR, HIE, FHIR, API, and interface services.

Key responsibilities

• Provide centralized technical assistance for deployed interoperability services, troubleshooting EHR, HIE, FHIR, API, interface, connectivity, configuration, onboarding, and data‑exchange issues.
• Collaborate with users, engineers, onboarding, testing, and platform teams to define issues, identify root causes, and coordinate solutions.
• Maintain knowledge‑base articles, troubleshooting procedures, known‑issue records, and resolution guidance.
• Document defects, fixes, configuration changes, and recurring issues to support continuous improvement.
• Offer technical guidance, onboarding support, and validation testing to confirm issue resolution and system readiness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience in technical support, systems integration, or healthcare IT.
• Proven ability to diagnose connectivity, configuration, and data‑exchange problems and explain solutions to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong independent work ethic with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
