Physical Therapy Assistant – Private Outpatient Orthopedic Clinic

About the role

A private outpatient orthopedic clinic is hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant. The assistant supports physical therapists in delivering care to patients and works in a team-oriented environment. Previous outpatient experience is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Key responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation programs
• Maintain efficient patient flow and support daily clinic operations
• Monitor patient progress and report updates to supervising therapists
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient care

Required profile

• Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
• Active or eligible Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Previous outpatient experience preferred; new graduates welcome
