Physical Therapy Aide

About the role

Ivy Rehab is looking for Physical Therapy Aides in its Glen Mills, Pennsylvania clinic. The aides are valued members of the clinic team who help keep the equipment and clinic safe and clean for patients, and support the front office by answering phones, collecting copays, checking patients in and communicating with patients and their families. The role suits students studying exercise science, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy or anyone who enjoys working in healthcare.

• Support the front office team by answering phones and collecting copays

Required profile

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while keeping a positive attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and bedside manner
• Strong time management and ability to multi-task
• Proven customer service and patient care experience
• Self-motivated and flexible to work varied shifts and possible weekends
