About the role

The Physical Therapist will provide outpatient, patient‑first care in the Neurological Institute at the Westlake Medical Office Building. This PRN position works weekdays with a set schedule and supports patients dealing with pain and musculoskeletal issues.

Key responsibilities

  • Evaluate and conduct prescribed physical therapy treatment programs.
  • Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patients’ conditions.
  • Establish, revise, and evaluate plans of care involving patients and families.
  • Provide therapy interventions and supervise PT assistants, students, and other caregivers.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or certificate in Physical Therapy.
  • Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Preferred: 2 years of clinical experience.

Required skills

  • Ability to assess and treat bones, joints, muscles, and tendons.
  • Physical ability to walk, climb stairs, lift patients, and maintain balance.
  • Clear communication for patient instruction and listening to symptom descriptions.
