Physical Therapist - New Graduate Opportunity

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking newly‑graduated Physical Therapists to join its home‑health team across New Jersey. You will receive structured orientation, mentorship, and one‑on‑one patient care in adult and geriatric home settings.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' functional status and mobility in their homes.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to maximize independence and safety.
• Provide skilled therapeutic interventions and educate patients, families, and caregivers.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other professionals.
• Complete timely electronic documentation while maintaining high standards of care.

Required profile

• Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
• Licensed or license‑eligible Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
