Physical Therapist – Home Health

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to provide home health visits across Atlantic County. The role involves delivering personalized rehabilitative care to adult and geriatric clients in their homes, allowing them to remain independent.

Key responsibilities

• Perform home visits in designated geographic territories and complete comprehensive physical therapy evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans, provide therapeutic exercise, gait and balance training, and educate patients and caregivers.
• Collaborate with nurses and other clinicians as part of a multidisciplinary care team and document care using an electronic medical record system.

Required profile

• Current NJ Physical Therapist license.
• Minimum one year of recent PT work experience (new graduates are also welcome).
• Graduation from an APTA‑approved program.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and strong interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Solid computer skills for documentation and scheduling.

• Sign‑on bonus of $10,000 for full‑time hires.
• Base pay $64.00‑$72.00 per point ($99,840‑$112,320 annual potential).
