About the role
We are seeking a qualified Physical Education Teacher for Yosemite Day School within Manteca Unified School District. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering physical education instruction and supporting student health and fitness.
Key responsibilities
Required profile
- Valid Single Subject Physical Education Credential (including subject description, expiration date, and EL Authorization).
- Letter of interest, resume, and required documentation submitted through the online EDJOIN application.
- Two recent letters of recommendation (within the last 12 months) from appropriate supervisors.
- Official or unofficial transcripts from all colleges/universities attended.
- Pre‑employment requirements (at employee cost if hired): CPR/First Aid certification, TB clearance, and fingerprinting.
- Eligibility to work in California and compliance with out‑of‑state applicant requirements if applicable.
