Phase II Construction Manager – Liberty Hill, TX

About the role

Perry Homes is seeking a Phase II Construction Manager to oversee the final stages of home building in Liberty Hill, Texas. You will apply Perry Homes’ construction procedures from sheetrock taping and finishing through to home completion, while delivering warranty service in line with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate independent contractors across multiple job sites.
• Order and monitor construction materials, ensuring quantity and quality.
• Maintain Perry Homes’ quality standards throughout the Phase II process.
• Manage time, supervision, overhead costs, budget variances, and change orders.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the Project Manager, Vice President of Construction, or Division President.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Relevant management or leadership experience in construction.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with contractors and homeowners.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple concurrent tasks.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and a compliant truck.
